In the following year, the shoots branch and curve to the sides. The shrub reaches 2-3 m in height and width. Its annual growth is typical for the species and amounts to about 30 cm. It blooms at the turn of March and April. Easy to grow, it has no special soil requirements and can be planted almost anywhere. However, it thrives best in fertile soils with moderate moisture and a slightly acidic to slightly alkaline reaction.
